Do your sport in the morning
The best time to set up your sports sessions while on vacation is clearly in the morning, cool. This way you are already going to wake up well and be in shape for the day ahead and you are not going to encroach on it by doing your little session out of bed. You don't have to do an hour of sports, 15/20 intense minutes will be enough!
Take a walk
Yes we tend to forget it and yet walking is an excellent physical activity because in addition to working the thighs and buttock muscles, sport walking also muscles the whole upper body, especially the arms and abdominals. If you are on vacation by the sea do not hesitate to go walking on the beach. The sand will allow you to spice up your walk which will make you work even more!
Do new activities
Being on vacation is the best way to discover new activities. Are you by the sea? Paddle or surf kit! Calm in the mountains? Go hiking or canoeing. Sport doesn't necessarily rhyme with abs, jogging or jump rope you know! Take it with relaxation and opt for activities like the ones we proposed a little above.
