An idea from the pastry chef
Brice Stinus, the head of the establishment, explained to Lorraine News where did this creation come from:
A pastry chef has been working with us since last November and was already doing this in his old bakery in Lutzelbourg. He offered me something original and I immediately hooked. It also pleased many people.
Since the beginning of February, chocolate yards have been decorating the stalls of the Stinus bakery. The operation is a real success: "With the orders we have for the coming days, we may be able to reach 300," says Brice Stinus.
A return for Mother's Day?
